General Terms and Conditions Chador
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from Chador and to any distance agreement concluded between the company and the consumer. All prices are indicated in euros (€) inclusive of value-added tax (VAT) and any other applicable discounts. Shipping costs are not included in the prices.
Agreements
An agreement is only concluded upon the acceptance of your order by Chador. Chador reserves the right to refuse orders or to impose certain conditions on the delivery, unless expressly stated otherwise. If an order is not accepted, the consumer will be notified of this, stating the reason, within five working days after receiving the order.
Prices
All offers from Chador are non-binding. Chador expressly reserves the right to change prices. Before the conclusion of the agreement, Chador cannot be held to price listings that are incorrect due to input, typographical, or printing errors. No rights can be derived from unlawful price information.
Payments
Payment is always required in full in advance. Payment can be made in various ways as indicated during the ordering process. After placing an order, the consumer will receive a confirmation email stating the total costs.
- iDeal: Secure electronic payment for customers banking through Fortis, Rabobank, ABN AMRO, SNS Bank, Frielandbank, or ING (Postbank).
- Bancontact: Safe and fast payment method for consumers in Belgium.
- Paypal: Worldwide payments from a bank account, credit card, or funds received in the PayPal account.
- Sofort: Available in Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, and Belgium. Processing time for a SOFORT payment is approximately 3 working days.
- SEPA Bank Transfer: Manual transfer to a bank account. Transfer details are sent via email.
- Giropay: Popular bank transfer payment method in Germany.
Pickup
Customers have the option to pick up their order for free at our location in Gouda. When the customer orders item(s) from the webshop and chooses in-store pickup, an email will be sent when the order is ready for collection, usually within 2 working days.
Stocks
All items in the online shop are available from stock. Unfortunately, an item may unexpectedly become unavailable. In such cases, the consumer will be promptly notified, and the amount for the out-of-stock item(s) will be refunded. Chador cannot be held liable for non-delivery of ordered items due to stock shortages.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
Chador aims to dispatch all orders within 1 to 3 working days for delivery within the Netherlands and to Belgium. Deliveries to other European countries may take 3 to 6 working days. During holidays and new collection launches, delivery times may be extended. Exceeding the specified delivery time does not entitle the consumer to compensation, contract termination, or non-fulfillment of any obligation arising from this or any other related agreement. Chador is never responsible for consequential damages.
We use PostNL’s service for shipments, and a track and trace code is automatically sent via email after dispatch.
Pre-order
Occasionally, we offer pre-order items on our website. Although we strive to keep most products in stock and our webshop mainly consists of items ready for immediate delivery, some products may not be immediately available. These are pre-order products. Pre-order items can be identified by the “pre-order” text in the product information, along with an expected delivery date.
Pre-order products can be ordered in the same way as our other products, meaning the ordering process is the same. After ordering, the order is processed, and a confirmation email is sent. This serves as proof that we guarantee these products for you upon arrival.
You can order pre-order products separately from your order with available products or submit them together in one order. Please note that the entire order will be held until the pre-order products are available.
Exchanging/Returning Items
If a product doesn’t fit or meet your expectations, you have the right to return or exchange it within 14 calendar days of receiving the order. Returns and exchanges received beyond the specified time frame will not be accepted.
If you wish to return the ordered item(s), please fill in the provided return form and include it in the package. Clearly state your name, order number, and the products being returned. Your order cancellation will be confirmed via email. Chador will refund the consumer who exercises their right of withdrawal within 14 working days.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product returned has suffered damage not attributable to the customer. Returns should be sent or delivered exclusively to the address below.

Complaints
If you are not satisfied with a delivered product due to defects or damage, please report this to us promptly. You can do this by sending an email to info@chador.nl. We will resolve the issue as soon as possible in consultation with you. This warranty is void if you attempt to repair the defect without consultation and/or fail to follow the instructions for use.
