If you don’t have the original packaging, you can use a package of your own choice. Make sure the package is well-sealed to avoid losing items.

For your return, you must have a filled-in return form. If you did not receive one in the package, you download it here: Return form Chador. Print the form and use the label for your package. Be sure to fill in the form and include it in the package. 

Please note that you have the option to return items from different orders in a single package. Just describe the items you wish to return in the return form, regardless of their original order, and proceed with the standard return process.

After receiving your return, we initiate the refund using the original payment method. Expect a confirmation email, and you can expect your refund within 14 days. If any issues arise or the refund takes longer, please contact our customer support info@chador.nl.
