RETURN CONDITIONS
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition.
• All labels and tags must be still attached to the product.
• No investigation will be initiated without a Track & Trace code in case your package is not delivered. We are not responsible for your shipment. (Note: Your proof of shipment, such as Track & Trace, is a requirement before we proceed with a refund).
HOW DOES A RETURN WORK?
• Create your return HERE by entering your order number and email address. You can then purchase a return label to send your package back.
• Securely pack the items in their original packaging or a similarly sturdy alternative.
• Attach the return label to the package and drop it off at a designated parcel point.
Important: Ensure that your proof of shipment includes a Track & Trace code.

The costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer unless it is an mistake on the part of Chador (e.g., receiving the wrong item or a damaged product). It is also possible to return items free of charge to the Chador store in Gouda.
REFUND
- Once we have received and checked your return, you can expect the purchase amount to be refunded to your bank account within 14 days.
- Refunds are processed using the same payment method as the original purchase.
