RETURN PERIOD 

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

RETURN CONDITIONS 

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition.

• All labels and tags must be still attached to the product.

• No investigation will be initiated without a Track & Trace code in case your package is not delivered. We are not responsible for your shipment. (Note: Your proof of shipment, such as Track & Trace, is a requirement before we proceed with a refund).

HOW DOES A RETURN WORK?

• Create your return on this page: fill in your order number and email address. After this you can buy here a label to send your package back. 

• Pack the items securely in the original packaging or a similarly solid packaging.

• Stick your return label on the package and offer it to a parcel point.

(Note: It is important that your proof of shipment includes the Track & Trace)

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

The costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer unless it is an mistake on the part of Chador (e.g., receiving the wrong item or a damaged product). It is also possible to return items free of charge to the Chador store in Gouda.

REFUND

  • Once we have received and checked your return, you can expect the purchase amount to be refunded to your bank account within 14 days.
  • Refunds are processed using the same payment method as the original purchase.

DAMAGED OR WRONG DELIVERED PRODUCTS

If you receive a damaged or an wrong delivered product, please contact our customer service immediately at info@chador.nl or call 0630601072.

RETURNS OF ONLINE PURCHASES AT CHADOR

You can return your online purchases for free at the CHADOR store in Gouda. Simply bring the items you want to return, along with:

  • The completed return form,

  • The confirmation email as proof of purchase.

Please note that the clothing must be unworn, with all original price tags attached.

(Refunds for online purchases will be processed within 14 days and will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Refunds will NOT be issued immediately in the store.)
